Job Title: On-Call Nurse
Job Summary:
The On-Call Nurse will be responsible for attending to patients, administering basic treatments, and assisting in health-related concerns during scheduled or emergency calls. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to respond promptly to patient and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate nursing care and first aid during on-call duty.
- Assess patient condition and administer appropriate treatment or referral.
- Assist in health monitoring, medical consultations, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports of all cases attended.
- Coordinate with physicians, health providers, or emergency services as needed.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Comply with health, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Experience in clinical or occupational nursing is preferred.
- Ability to make quick, sound medical decisions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to respond to short-notice assignments, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Willingness to travel or be assigned to different locations as required.
Work Arrangement:
- On-call / As needed basis
- Schedule and duty hours will vary depending on organizational requirements; however, these usually fall on weekends.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
