- Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations at the client site.
- Coordinate with the client to address concerns and provide updates to company management.
- Ensure all employees on-site comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and basic training when required.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports (e.g., attendance, incidents, performance).
- Resolve minor on-site issues and escalate major concerns to higher management.
- Provide performance feedback and updates to the management team.
