Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems and reservation processes
- Computer literate with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest inquiries professionally
