We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Store Admin to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and providing excellent customer support to ensure an efficient and seamless online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and updated product listings, including pricing, stock availability, and descriptions, across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor store performance, including sales trends, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
- Ensure the overall efficiency and smooth operations of the online store.
Qualifications:
- Experience with online selling platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, spreadsheets, and basic image editing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, service-oriented, and responsive in addressing customer needs.
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
