- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Capable of handling guest and employee concerns calmly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce standards while maintaining team morale.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
