Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operation Officer role located in Makati, Philippines. The Submission Officer will be responsible for processing applications, providing consular support, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. They will also handle visa and passport services, manage biometric data, and assist in e-governance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual Polish/ English . Knowing Polish is a must
- Knowledge of visa and passport processing
- Experience in consular support services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to government regulations
- Familiarity with biometric data management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Experience in e-governance initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field
