Operations Director – Healthcare BPO
Location: Onsite (Quezon City)

Salary Package: ₱200,000 – ₱220,000 (Package)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Director to lead and oversee our Healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within the healthcare outsourcing industry. This role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of healthcare processes including RCM, AR, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple healthcare BPO programs, ensuring performance and quality targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor operations managers and teams to drive high performance and career growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Workforce, QA, Training, and HR to support operational needs
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld
- Monitor KPIs, prepare executive reports, and provide insights to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience as an Operations Director in a Healthcare BPO setting
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare processes such as RCM, AR collections, prior authorization, and claims processing
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Quezon City
- Amenable to working the night shift
- Can start immediately
- Comfortable with the offered compensation package (₱200K–₱220K)
