Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues (e.g., password resets, data uploads)
• Manage support cases in Salesforce, escalating as needed, and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
• Data Management: Investigate and resolve data anomalies, deliver accurate reports, and maintain integrity of key metrics (e.g., xDR Waterfall, Dials-to-Connect)
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor performance metrics (e.g., <3% D2C rates) and resolve issues. Serve as the SME for LaunchQ systems and processes
• Project Coordination: Document project timelines, facilitate cross-team communication, and resolve roadblocks.
• Ensure seamless operations through fuel line and omni-channel monitoring.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (non-negotiable).
• Salesforce experience should include exposure to reports, case management, or email/chat support.


• Data Analysis:
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, resolve data issues, and improve metrics.
• Proven ability to deliver clean and accurate data for reporting purposes.


• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in facing challenges.


• Project Management:
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and managing sales tech stacks.
