The specialist role is a multi-skilled individual contributor who is an expert in learning agility and adapting to new or changing business needs. He/she will experience multiple operations environments and RELX businesses based on changing requirements, and will be exposed to new products, business units, and industries. Initial assignments are likely to be project-based or limited duration for several months, with opportunity for exposure across a broad range of learning. Based on competencies developed during initial assignments, individual preferences, and business requirements, the Operations Specialist can build his/her career path on a dedicated team or business unit, or continue with rotational assignments across the scope of RELX businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Process legal documents (e.g., court opinions, agency decisions, bankruptcy filings) ensuring they meet content and formatting standards.
Verify that documents are complete, accurate, and ready for online publication in accordance with Lexis guidelines and deadlines.
Monitor queues and systems to track document status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify and escalate any issues related to document quality, completeness, or access.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly content targets.
Maintain accurate records of processing activity and report progress as required.
Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder
- Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Has great attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
- Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect
- Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement and rotating work schedule
