Responsible for ensuring that guests enjoys their stay in the hotel through excellent customer service; the rooms and amenities are well maintained, neat, and clean at all time; oversees operations in housekeeping, food & beverage, and front desk to ensure all teams are working collaboratively.
This position shall be reporting directly to the general manager.
Position is open for a Supervisory/Managerial level based on applicants skills, experience, and competency.
