- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, travel, or hospitality is required
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Travel and Tour industry
- Extensive knowledge of travel management process
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, clients, vendors
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned to Binondo
