Job Description:

Requirements:

-1–3 years of experience in a call center, legal intake, sales, or client outreach role, preferably in a legal or service-based industry.

-Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

-Ability to explain legal services clearly and professionally to a non-legal audience.

-Empathetic and patient demeanor with a focus on understanding client needs.

-Ability to build trust quickly and establish rapport over the phone.

-Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.

-Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and case intake.

-Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clio, HubSpot) to track and update client interactions.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

-Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets, including appointment setting and lead conversion rates.

-Ability to work closely with legal and marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and client qualification standards.

-Familiarity with legal terminology or experience in a law firm, legal intake, or insurance claims environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
