JOB SUMMARY
The Outright Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for implementing effective selling and marketing strategies to ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved. The OSC also oversees inventory analysis by monitoring sales performance and inventory levels, using this data to determine optimal stock requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising with upper management ensuring outright sales targets are met
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
- Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
- Generating new leads and developing existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Generate and submit sales reports to the management.
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to client request in a prompt and professional manger.
- Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different territories
- Conduct product presentations to clients
- Coordinate processing of customer purchases with merchandising, accounting, and warehouse
- Perform countering and collection of payments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Possesses a pleasing and professional demeanor.
- Highly sales-driven, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong forecasting skills and the ability to analyze market trends effectively.
- Expertise in sales analysis and strategy development.
- Proven ability to conduct productive and results-oriented conversations with customers.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Experienced in project management, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
