Responsibilities:
- Receive quotation requests from the Sales Team.
- Prepare quotations in the CRM system.
- Send quotations to the Senior Sales Support or Estimator for approval.
- General project and administrative support as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Support or similar role.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, computers, and calculators.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude, and are capable of taking on challenges and achieving results.
- Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
