Packing House Supervisor

Are you ready to lead from the frontline and make sure every box delivers freshness and quality? We’re looking for a Packing House Supervisor to oversee our post-harvest team and keep things running smoothly—day or night.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide packing operations
- Ensure accurate sorting, grading, and food safety compliance
- Work closely with farm and logistics teams
- Spot issues, solve fast, and keep things moving
Who You Are:
- Graduate of Agriculture, Food Tech, IE, or related field
- Strong leader with people management skills
- Detail-driven and organized
- Tech-savvy and fluent in English
- Experience in produce handling or packing is a big advantage
- Cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, cold environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
