We are seeking a freelance contractor to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for strategy execution, creative collaboration, campaign setup, performance analysis, and budget management. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with large ad budgets, and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
About the work
- Launch and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
- Write briefs and collaborate with design teams on ad creative
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, thumbstop, hold rate, etc.)
- Build testing matrices and scale winning creatives
- Troubleshoot conversion tracking and pixels (GTM, Google Ads, etc.)
- Present campaign insights and recommendations in reports or dashboards
- Stay updated on platform trends and performance best practices
Boxes to check
- 5+ years in paid media, handling $100k+/month budgets
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Deep knowledge of creative testing and performance analysis
- Familiar with GTM, GA4, Looker, or other tracking/reporting tool
- Comfortable working with cross-functional creative team
- E-commerce and DTC experience is a plus
- Available to work during US hours (PST,EST,CST)
- PT and FT options available
About the role
- Full-time position at $13 - $15/hr, working 40 hours per week
- Night shifts with fixed weekends off
