We’re on the lookout for a Pastry Associate to join our team and whip up sweet creations with us!
Responsibilities:
- Cake Decorating: Decorate cakes, cookies, and pastries using piping, fondant, and other techniques to meet visual and quality standards
- Preparation: Assist in baking and assembling cakes and cookies with proper texture and structure for decorating
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in design, flavor, and presentation to meet customer expectations
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Support Tasks: Help with inventory, restocking, and other tasks as needed for daily operations
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates of BSHM (Preferred) are welcome to apply.
- Trainable – No professional experience required, as long as you can follow instructions wholeheartedly and are willing to learn.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in cake decorating or a related field (portfolio of past work is an advantage).
- Strong artistic ability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various decorating tools, techniques, and trends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines for custom orders.
- Passion for baking and creativity in design.
