JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Ensures efficient execution of best-in-class Customer Experience at the assigned provider at all times.
- Closely monitors admission/s in assigned affiliated providers.
- Creates case and authorization in One System; updates discharge date within 24hrs.
- Visits admitted member and orients benefits plan and requirements during the admission.
- May assist member during the discharge to ensure proper computation and collection of uncoverable charges.
- Reviews and analyzes cases of admission; checks necessity of confinement and/or procedure
- Generates Authorization before discharge of member.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
