- Collect, verify, and process timesheets and payroll data;
- Calculate statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, HMO), bonuses, allowances;
- Ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations;
- Distribute payslips, handle payroll inquiries;
- Maintain accurate employee records;
- Support general finance and administrative tasks.
- onduct market surveys and job evaluations to benchmark pay structures;
- Process salary increases, promotions, and performance-related adjustments;
- Maintain updated employee benefits and compensation data;
- Prepare statutory reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, BIR) and audit documentation;
- Educate employees on benefits and changes; resolve benefits-related concerns.
Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in payroll and C&B roles;
- Advanced Excel skills (macros), HRIS familiarity (e.g., Sprout), deep knowledge of Philippine labor law.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Behavioral Science, or Accounting;
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, attention to detail; familiarity with HRIS systems like Sprout or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity working with microsoft offices
- Willing to be Assigned in Binan Laguna
