Payroll Processing
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for deployed and office-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Validate timekeeping and attendance data from deployment sites or internal systems.
- Oversee computation of salaries, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, and other compensation components.
- Ensure proper application of payroll deductions, adjustments, and final pay.
Billing & Collection
- Prepare and review billing statements in accordance with client contracts and approved time reports.
- Coordinate with clients for the submission and confirmation of billing.
- Monitor collection schedules and follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date billing and collection records, and provide reports to management as needed.
Employee Benefits & Final Pay
- Supervise the processing of government-mandated benefits and company-provided incentives.
- Monitor eligibility and ensure timely processing of service incentive leaves, last pay, back pay, 13th month pay, and separation benefits.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and final compensation in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure payroll and billing practices are aligned with internal policies, labor laws, and external audit requirements.
- Maintain secure and accurate records of payroll transactions, payroll registers, and employee files.
- Prepare regular payroll summaries, financial reports, and analysis for top management.
Team Supervision & Process Improvement
- Supervise payroll and billing team members, providing guidance and quality control.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll and benefit-related documentation.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php230,000.00 per month
