We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while assisting management in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting and financial processes
- Familiar with administrative functions and office management
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexible with work schedule – can render overtime or weekend work when needed
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Organize schedules, meetings, and reports
- Manage basic bookkeeping and financial records
- Coordinate with other departments for workflow efficiency
- Handle confidential information responsibly
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management
