We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Rizal. This role is ideal for dynamic, patient-focused professionals who are passionate about rehabilitation, wellness, and improving quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation programs for patients based on medical evaluations and referrals.
- Conduct functional assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on exercise routines, movement techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and follow clinic protocols and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PRC) or graduate of a related allied medical course.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a clinical or rehabilitative healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and service-driven.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative healthcare team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
