- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, rules, and regulations issued by the government and regulatory bodies (e.g., DENR, LLDA, etc.)
- Obtain, renew, and maintain permits, licenses, and clearances required for operations (e.g., environmental compliance certificates)
- Develop, implement, and monitor pollution control and environmental management plans
- Maintain and improve waste segregation, recycling, and disposal programs
- Conduct regular environmental monitoring activities (e.g., air and water quality, waste management audits)
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies on time
- Conduct training sessions and seminars for employees to promote environmental awareness and compliance
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government or non-governmental environmental organizations
- Maintain comprehensive records of environmental data, permits, reports, and compliance activities
