- At least high school/ vocational graduate
- With TESDA certificate NC II or or at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Ability to use industrial paint equipment and knowledge in operating powder coating oven are advantages.
- Ability to read and understand paint specifications
- Application of paint products to required customer specifications
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and standard procedures to meet customer requirements
- Have an eye for a quality finish and a desire to do quality work
- Maintain and clean paint equipment
