Responsibilities:
• Issuance of service billings to counter parties
• Issuance of Debit / Credit Note for China
• Perform cash application at invoice level
• Perform monthly AR close & analyze results. Communicate results to local finance.
• Prepare and review AR adjustment Journal Entry
• Prepare and review Statement of Account before sending to other client’s subsidiaries
• Analyze and process the settlement of invoices via Glopay
• Perform PL Revaluation
• Perform monthly PL close & analyze results. Communicate results to local finance.
• Prepare and review Sample Accrual
• Prepare and review GIT Accrual - Manual before sending to local team for review
• Perform SOA Consolidation
• Perform & conduct initial review of Intercompany AP reconciliation at Invoice Level
• Perform & conduct initial review of Intercompany AP reconciliation at GL Level
• Perform & conduct initial review of GIT Recon
• Perform and conduct initial review of Intercompany AR reconciliation
• Prepare the report and coordinate any abnormal transactions to local team & perform follow up for action items.
• Participate and Facilitates in Daily Tier1/Huddles
• Attends and participate in pre-close, post-close, and BSR calls
• Participates and leads team engagements, pillar meetings, and department townhalls
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Accounting degree and working experience in Finance and Accounting area
• Knowledge for Intercompany is highly considered
• Experience in Shared Service Center for multi-national organization is preferred
