The Process Support Analyst is expected to have extensive experience, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in the support of initiation, preparation, execution, and control of agile practice implementation. This role will help in the agile preparation, planning, and delivery of digital solutions operations service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Worked in a Scrum Master capacity.
- Knowledgeable in different Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Azure DevOps – should be knowledgeable on creating dashboards on demand.
Certification (if applicable):
- PSM/CSM certification is preferred.
How can you contribute to the team?
- Assist Product Owner / Scrum Master in refining the Product Backlog.
- Prepare and organize Release Planning meetings with product owners, product leads, account leads, and stakeholders.
- Prepare, coordinate, and organize events such as Sprint/Kanban Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Review, and Retrospective.
- Prepare/gather, monitor, and track progress of checklists, key performance indicators, and reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Understand Sprint/Kanban key roles and responsibilities by providing briefing/walkthrough to Sprint/Kanban team, product owner, and stakeholders.
- Gather and submit required documentation to support Request for Change (RFC) submission.
- Support the transition of teams into Agile practice.
- Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned to help optimize the team.
Reporting and Coordination:
- For the provision of staff augmentation services, the personnel will take instructions from the Manager at the Information Technology Department and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders. The personnel will provide any other services as required by the team and IT supervisor or user unit.
