The PTP Team Lead supports the Delivery Manager in delivering high-quality, client-focused financial services, ensuring accurate and timely processing of complex finance and accounting (F&A) transactions within agreed SLAs. They lead and manage a team of F&A professionals, handle escalated issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a cross-functional F&A team
- Manage complex customer service escalations
- Assist in strategy development and setting operational goals
- Track, report, and improve service performance
- Oversee core PTP functions:
- Vendor Master Data Management
- Invoice Receipt & Processing
- Payments
- Query Management
- Reconciliation
- Month-End Closing
- Ensure ERP/system proficiency and compliance with relevant regulations
- Foster a positive team environment with strong leadership and soft skills
- May have hands-on operational responsibilities in F&A
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php52,000.00 per month
