About the Role
We’re looking for a Procurement Cost Controlling Staff to support cost control activities within our procurement department. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, tracking cost-saving initiatives, and supporting project management efforts related to parts procurement and localization in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
Education:
- College Graduate of an Engineering or Business-related course
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge in local parts procurement and basic cost control in automotive manufacturing is an advantage
- Computer literate and knows how to drive a vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company rules and participate in company programs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness (5S) in the procurement work area
- Monitor and control various procurement-related projects (e.g., localization, cost reduction, RM, FX)
- Assist in cost controlling, strategy development, and project management tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments and affiliate companies on cost reduction and localization initiatives
- Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports based on daily procurement transactions
- Support department cost-saving efforts, including OPEX and CAPEX-related activities
- Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
- Represent the company with professionalism and proper decorum in all dealing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
