Nature of Employment: Contract of Service (COS)
Qualifications:
- At least two years in a Computer related course or a management degree;
- Has a basic knowledge and skills in logistics;
- Has basic to competent skills in Microsoft Office Apps;
- Must be good in written and verbal communication.
Scope of Services:
- Process purchase requests and vouchers (including completing required documents).
- Facilitate the preparation of relevant documents for the repair and maintenance of service vehicles.
- Prepares Vehicle Reports (repair and maintenance, fuel, etc.)
- Prepare, check, and monitor trip tickets.
- Assists in the calibration and maintenance of office and technical equipment.
- Assists in monitoring the operationalization of on-site environmental monitoring equipment, such as air and water quality monitoring equipment.
- Validates repaired and maintained technical and scientific equipment based on the submitted and approved maintenance plan.
- Monitor the operationalization of the wastewater facility and laboratory waste water holding tanks.
- Facilitate the hauling and disposal of the generated solid, hazardous, and laboratory waste.
- Maintain database and records of all the assigned reports and required documentation.
- Performs other related functions as may be assigned by superiors.
