Supplier Management
- Identify and recommend new suppliers for accreditation, ensuring alignment with AMI’s standards.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities to meet requirements in terms of product/service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Review, negotiate, and secure contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Negotiate optimal credit terms and pricing, including direct payment arrangements with the Head Office.
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and transactions are audit-compliant.
Internal Customer Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide end-to-end support throughout the purchasing process.
- Coordinate closely with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Ensure compliance with agreed pricing, quality standards, documentation requirements, and on-time/in-full delivery of all items.
- Drive cost efficiency across all procurement activities without compromising quality.
- Proactively source and recommend innovative products and solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Management Support
- Ensure strict adherence to the company’s administrative, accounting, and personnel policies.
- Handle all files, records, and communications with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Consistently follow internal policies and procedures in the performance of assigned tasks.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate manager from time to time.
