QUALIFICATIONS
- Field of Study: Field of Study: Bachelor Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Cosmetology, Beauty Marketing.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Certification/Licenses: Any Certificate that related on Colored Cosmetics Development.
- Skills: Formulation Development, Texture and Finish Optimization, Knowledge of Cosmetics Ingredients.
Other: Trend Awareness & Creativity/Project
Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching trends: Keeping up with market trends, competitor launches, and consumer preferences in makeup.
- Concept development: Creating product ideas that align with the brand's strategy.
- Formulation coordination: Working closely with R&D or labs to develop product formulas (shades, textures, performance).
- Testing & evaluation: Arranging testing for safety, stability, and performance; providing feedback to improve formulas.
Packaging development: Collaborating with packaging teams to select suitable, appealing, and functional packaging.
•Project management: Coordinating timelines, costings, and approvals to bring a product from idea to launch.
Cross-functional teamwork: Working with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
