Job Description
We are seeking a Assistant Supervisor to support the Supervisor in ensuring that all products and processes meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The QA Assistant Supervisor will help lead the QA team, oversee inspections and audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Supervisor in supervising daily QA operations
- Guide QA staff in conducting inspections, audits, and product testing
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other quality standards
- Support in creating and maintaining QA policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Participate in audits and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality concerns
- Train and mentor QA staff to strengthen quality awareness
- Prepare and review QA reports for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in food, cold storage, or manufacturing industry
- Knowledgeable in QA systems, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to work shifting schedules and extended hours if necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
