Job Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and confirm customer orders from sales
- Analyze production capacity
- prepare and propose production schedules
- Create, track/monitor, complete and close job orders
- Ensure all customer orders/requirements are ship on time and in full
- Monitor and ensure availability of raw materials
- Collaborate with other departments ensuring efficiency of all production lines
Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any engineering/business related courses
- Relevant experience in production planning, inventory control, and customer order management
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in using ERP system
- Must be analytic and with planning and organizing skills
- Must be customer oriented
