About the role
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Production Control Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor and coordinate the production schedule to optimise workflow and meet targets
- Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams to identify and resolve any issues that may impact production
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Assist in the preparation of production reports and performance metrics
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using production planning and control software, as well as MS Office applications
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
