Job Summary:
Supervise and Coordinate daily food production activities
Monitor production schedule to meet target and deadlines
Ensure Compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Train, guide and evaluate production staff performance
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in HRM or food service related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Manufacturing or Production Supervision
Strong Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
Excellent Leadership, Communication and problem solving skills
