· Responsible and Accountable in managing / running Transport Logistics Operation.
· In charge in positioning a solution/ decision required by the operation.
· Daily review of scheduled prepared by the planner.
· Securing all resources needed in operational execution.
· Collaborate with sales team regarding delivery requirements and process.
· Catering directives given by the Top Management accurately and efficient.
· Participate in negotiation of Rates to 3rdParty Transport Service Provider.
· Check and analyze dispatch plan result and constitute appropriate plan.
· Submit Dispatch execution report to Management.
· Recommend Cost effective and efficient solution for the improvement of operation.
· Real time update of unusual event that constrain the operation in delivering the targets to Top Management.
· To takeover temporarily the position of supervisor in the event of needs and demanded by the situation (on leave, absent etc.)
· Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods.
· Organize training sessions for employees in relation with the continuous improvement and regulations concerning logistics matters.
· To guide and lead the team towards the objective and effective operation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation.
· Performs other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
