Job Qualification:
- Graduate of any following BS Industrial, Eng'g Food Technology
- With exposure in supervisory level assigned in production department.
- Preferably with extensive background in a food manufacturing company.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily operations in assigned area.
- Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring subordinate performance.
- Makes sure that operation lines are running smoothly.
- Makes sure that equipment condition, manning & production monitoring and control system leads to the attainment of daily batch output as per production schedule.
- Willing to be assigned at Liip Plant,Biñan Laguna
