Medical Representative
Be a Champion of Patient Care
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date targets are consistently met or exceeded, demonstrating strong sales performance and goal achievement.
- Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding service and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Business Development: Assess company performance and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Business Management: Advocate for and execute BK programs to enhance organizational operations.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate and work collaboratively with various departments to support the successful implementation of programs.
- Administrative Duties: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Exceptional communicator with advanced presentation skills, adept at conveying complex medical information clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized and adept at time management, consistently working independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
