PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT
Location: Villasis, Pangasinan
Job Summary:
RCRCC is hiring a Project Accountant with Site Administration responsibilities to support daily operations on a major healthcare construction project. This role is essential to ensuring accurate cash disbursement, timely payments, HR coordination, and smooth site admin management.
You’ll work directly on-site, supporting both field and office teams, and acting as the go-to person for financial and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Cash Disbursements: Process payments to vendors and subcontractors; track petty cash and expense logs
- Site Admin Oversight: Maintain project site documentation, manage office supplies, coordinate schedules, and support day-to-day operations
- Payroll Coordination: Collect timesheets, verify labor hours, and process weekly payroll reports (including union or certified payroll if required)
- HR Coordination: Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and labor compliance; liaise with the HR department
- Project Support: Prepare reports, maintain records for audits, and support project managers with administrative and financial tasks
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED
