Project Accountant
Main tasks:
- Preparing consolidated profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports for all the projects based on the reports submitted by project accountants
- Compiling, analyzing and posting financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as vouchers, APs, ARs.
- Implementing the accounting control procedures of the project at all times.
- Checking for posting error and resolving discrepancies on reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing and reviewing budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents pertaining to projects.
- Maintaining financial data bases and manual filing systems.
- Supervising the input and handling of financial data and reports of the projects for the company's financial reporting systems.
- Supervising Project Accountants and Admin Officers.
- Performing other related duties that may be assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications:
- BS Accountancy Graduate
- CPA passer but not required
- Willing for project assignment
- Has 1-2 years experience related to AR, Billing and other related to
accounting duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
