Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
- Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports; monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues; work with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications; facilitate meetings and ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus.
