- BS in Civil Engineering Graduate from a reputable college/ university; preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
- With minimum of six years of experience in overseeing housing projects in a real estate business
- Familiarity with construction project management framework and other construction methodologies, timelines, and productivity benchmarks
- Familiarity of MS Project and other civil engineering software
- Has Proactive problem - solving; Strong work ethic; Team-oriented, Resilient and Flexible
- Has Client-Centric mindset
