Pointwest Digital Corporation is looking for a Project Lead to manage Data, AI, and Automation projects. This role ensures end-to-end project delivery—on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations—while upholding Pointwest’s values of Leadership, Excellence, and Innovation. The Project Lead fosters a culture of Agility, Accountability, Innovation, Collaboration, and Customer Centricity while working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for Data, AI, and Automation projects.
Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and resources effectively.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, encouraging growth and continuous learning.
Support business development through opportunity identification and proposal support.
Success Metrics
Client satisfaction and project delivery quality.
On-time, within-budget project completion.
Contribution to business growth through upselling or new opportunities.
Team development and knowledge sharing effectiveness.
Process improvements and risk mitigation were implemented.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably with Data, AI, and Automation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Technical understanding of Data Analytics, Automation tools, and IT systems.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CBAP certification is an advantage.
