- Must be willing to fo field work; schedule and conduct site tripping (Tanza and, Dasmariñas).
- Look for prospect Buyers by giving flyers, manning, advertising.
- Orientation and Presentation of projects
- Initial Closing and confirm reservation
- Assist and Request buyer to accomplish CIF and other reservation requirements
- Assist the buyer to the cashier for payment reservation, equity payments, etc.
- Endorse Reservation Agreement to Clients.
- Endorse the buyer to Sales Coordinator for briefing and counseling.
