Brief Description of Duties:
- Assist the Public Relations Specialist in developing and implementing public relations campaigns (i.e. influencer communications and coordination, external partnerships, etc.)
- Work closely with the marketing team to help in organizing PR events and other brand activations
- Document the progress and analyze results of all PR efforts
- Monitor Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and media postings
- Prepare and distribute press releases, content slants, and the like
- Participate in conceptualizing, packing, and the distribution of PR kits for gifting, seeding, events, etc.
- Actively look for KOLs and media partners for campaigns, projects, events, etc.
- Record and liquidate all PR-related monetary requests
- Source out supplier partners for PR campaigns, events, etc.
- Track media coverage and follow industry trends, learning from other brands and related businesses
- Build positive relationships with partners, media, influencers, and customers
Qualifications:
- A fashion and/or makeup girlie who has strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in monitoring social media engagements and has social media presence.
- With a degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or any related courses.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in Public Relations or Marketing but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
