Duties & Responsibilities:
- Canvass and purchase supplies, equipment and service as required by the different department;
- Search for possible supplier, negotiate the price, warranty terms, payment terms and other related details;
- Ensure that all Purchasing documents, database records are complete, updated, accurate and proper safekeeping implemented;
- Prepare & control sales quotation;
- Ensure that internal and external customers’ request are attended to promptly;
General Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Work Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Can start ASAP
