Job Responsibilities
- Seeks vendors that offer a combination of quality products and services at an acceptable price level, availability, and delivery schedule.
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
- Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
- Prepare and send request for quotations (RFQs) to multiple vendors.
- Presentation of cost comparison to top management to obtain purchase approval.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders and agreements.
- Ensures proper documentation of POs, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers and direct report to Department Head.
- Assist in evaluating and monitoring supplier performance based on quality, responsiveness, and reliability.

- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration or any related course
- A minimum of 6 months o experience in a related field.
- Ability to research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, lead time, and reliability.
- Ability to handle multiple sourcing requests, follow up on supplier performance, and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value for the company.
- Maintains supplier scorecards or evaluation records
- Ensures proper documentation of POs, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Ability to track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Clear interaction with suppliers, stakeholders and team members.
- Resolving procurement issues and disputes.
- Accurate documentation and data entry.
- Understanding of purchasing processes.
- With Communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, and contract negotiations.
- Good written and verbal communication to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
