We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Purchasing Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end procurement process—from sourcing and negotiation to delivery and vendor management. This role is critical to ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality goods at competitive prices while maintaining compliance and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with suppliers to support the company’s operational and strategic needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, ensuring that items meet specified quality and requirements.
- Manage and maintain procurement documentation, including price lists, purchase orders (POs), supplier agreements, and related records.
- Analyze quotations, compare product specifications, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Track order status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Regularly assess supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, reliability, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
