Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all manufacturing processes.
Meeting all internal and external QMS requirements and targets, while driving continuous improvement.
Managing the continuous improvement program to enhance customer satisfaction.
Planning and executing periodic internal audits and Management Review meetings.
Controlling the document system and ensuring compliance with new product development processes.
Developing a strong quality culture through ongoing training and awareness programs.
The QMS leader is responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating the system clearly and periodically to all employees and stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with the organization's IMS, KOPs, and all external and legal requirements.
Meeting and monitoring QMS goals and objectives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implementing and maintaining quality, environment, safety, and health management systems through periodic process audits.
Reporting on the performance of workplace and other internal audits.
Halting production when necessary to address safety or quality issues.
Managing internal auditors and performing lead auditor tasks.
Controlling all documentation, from registration to disposal.
Personal Profile
Graduate of any Business Management or engineering graduate of any 5 year Technical courses.
Minimum 12 to 15 solid years working experience as QMS Specialist or QMS Engineer
Certified Lead Auditor Certification is a must.
With understanding of 7QC Tools, 8D , FMEA and likes.
Familiar with AIAG 16949 tech requirements & implementation.
