About the Role
As an e-commerce enabler, we work closely with global and local brands to manage and grow their presence across leading online marketplaces and platforms. We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, functionality, and integrity of our digital storefronts, product listings, and online operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering high-quality experiences for online shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of marketplace and website product listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, images, variants, product descriptions, and categorization
- Test e-commerce workflows and platform functionality (e.g., add-to-cart, checkout, promotions) to ensure a smooth and error-free customer experience
- Identify, document, and escalate any listing, UI/UX, or functionality issues to the respective teams for resolution
- Coordinate closely with platform operations, design, content, and development teams to address inconsistencies or issues
- Monitor live site and marketplace performance, flagging issues that may affect conversion, visibility, or customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, brand guidelines, and quality standards across all channels
- Conduct QA checks on promotional campaigns, banner uploads, and backend configurations during campaign periods (e.g., 11.11, Payday Sales)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve listing accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the e-commerce, retail, or tech industry
- Familiarity with major marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, or QA management systems is a plus
